HKIA retail spaces up for tender

A range of confectionary outlets plus a baby essentials and childrenswear concession are up for tender at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA).

Eight HKIA retail spaces have been pegged for confectionary shops at the airport – two on Level 6 of the Terminal 1 Departures East Hall (restricted area), covering 183 and 186 sqm; one on Level 6 of the same terminal’s Departures Central Concourse (restricted area), covering 61 sqm; two on Level 6 of the Terminal 1 Departures West Hall (restricted area), covering 89 and 122 sqm; two on Level 6 of Departures Midfield Concourse (restricted area), covering 60 and 61 sqm; and one on Level 5 of Departures North Satellite Concourse (restricted area), 57 sqm.

Tenders close on July 4.

The baby essentials and childrenswear concession covers 74 sqm on Level 6 of the Departures West Hall, a restricted area in Terminal 1. The tender closing date is June 8.

HKIA has air, sea and land links and is open around the clock. It serves more than 100 airlines and 70.5 million passengers.

Requests for tender documents must be accompanied by a non-refundable cashier’s order of HK$500.
