Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao opens 14th Hong Kong outlet
Chinese restaurant chain Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao has opened its 14th Hong Kong outlet in Telford Plaza, Kowloon Bay.
The 98-seat venue features a new interior style and an expanded menu.
Specialising in ‘value for money’ traditional Beijing, Sichuan and Shanghai cuisine, the chain is focused on shopping mall locations. It already has stores in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and at Hong Kong International Airport.
A distinctive new interior design by Alex Choi is also introduced at the new 2400 sqft eatery, with a light colour scheme brightening the brand’s traditional earth-tone design, creating what the company describes as “a vibrant dining atmosphere with a distinctly modern twist”.
Subtle design details also pay homage to Crystal Jade’s oriental roots and the spirit of the brand, including French red marble and jade marble that are incorporated into the entry facade.
Originating in Singapore, Crystal Jade Culinary Concepts Holdings is an investment and management group focused on Chinese cuisine and founded by a Hong Kong investor.
Crystal Jade is also expanding in Mainland China and internationally. It currently boasts 100 outlets in 25 cities in 10 countries, including South Korea, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam and the US.
