La Cremerie offers French style and cheese master
The female cheese master helps source French farmhouse cheeses for the shop, many of them from family-owned farms. These include “extra-old” vintage Mimolette, Beaufort Chalet d’Alpage and heart-shaped Coeur de Neufchâtel, reports The Honeycombers.
Customers are invited to try samples.
Styles include Rove des Garrigues, made from the milk of a rare breed of goat that feeds on woodland pastures; Gaperon in Black Pepper and Garlic, a dome-shaped cheese from the Auvergne region; and thick Normandie sour cream that can be used for nachos or even strawberry dips.
