Stalls for tender in airport food-court concession

Five outlets are available for tender in the East Hall Food Court concession at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA).

It is in the restricted area on Level 7 departures in Terminal 1.

Specific cuisines are being sought for each space: Chinese provincial cuisine, 129sqm; Hong Kong-style cuisine (except dim sum), 114sqm; Japanese/Korean cuisine, 129sqm; Southeast Asian cuisine, 123sqm; and Western cuisine, 123sqm.

HKIA has air, sea and land links, and works around the clock serving more than 100 airlines and 70.5 million passengers.

Requests for tender documents must be accompanied by a cashier’s order of HK$500 (non-refundable). The closing date is November 30.
