Tumi Hong Kong opens ‘beach house’ pop-up
A pop-up styled like a Californian beach house has been opened by travel accessories brand Tumi Hong Kong in IFC mall, Central.
With its last day on Sunday, the Tumi House offers the brand’s spring/summer collection for both men and women, including the debut of the women’s business line Mariella, a new colour for the 19 Degree aluminium travel case and the updated men’s Alpha Bravo.
Tumi is also launching its Merge travel collection.
Interactive California-themed activities in Tumi House include a surfing simulator, with the top three riders each winning an exclusive Tumi gift.
A walk-in closet features a Magic Mirror, and visitors receive a customised photo with a California backdrop, with gift certificates to be won each day.
Customers can have their Tumi products monogrammed at no charge, and the first 50 visitors twice each day receive a gift complete with monogramming.
California sticker sets can be earned via social media.
Shopping incentives are also offered, such as a complimentary organiser for a minimum spend.
