Estee Lauder partners with Hong Kong University in post-grad program

Cosmetics and skincare firm Estee Lauder has partnered with Hong Kong University to offer a postgraduate certificate program.

The course, offered under the umbrella of the professional and continuing education college HKU Space, instructs in contemporary retail management and marketing strategies in an Apac-specific setting.

The Estee Lauder Companies Hong Kong & Macau Affiliate MD Vicki Au said: “We wanted to encourage participating employees to think about the creative retail experience and how we could optimise the integration of omnichannel – online, offline, digital and social platforms as well as e-commerce. It was also essential that the module on leadership should help our middle management develop the skills to foster a new coaching culture targeting millennials.”

The course integrates academic theory with real-life scenarios and practical applications.
