Over the last 10 years, Isolde has developed a strong expertise in the affordable luxury retail industry. After a career in Corporate Finance in Paris, Isolde joined SMCP (Sandro Maje Claudie Pierlot) in 2010 as Group Corporate Secretary, in order to accompany the structuration of the newly created group by L Capital investment fund. She arrived in Hong Kong in 2013 with the objective of setting up and developing SMCP in Asia (China, HK, Macau, Singapore). Since the launch of the company in Asia, they have successfully opened and operated more than 70 points of sales in direct retail over the region.

Robert Stockdill

Robert Stockdill is Director of Content - Asia, with Inside Retail. With a background in journalism and publishing, for 20 years Robert has specialised in reporting and monitoring trends and news within the retail industry, starting in New Zealand with an FMCG retailing focus prior to moving to Australia in 2002 to take on the role of managing editor of Inside Retail and Foodweek. Robert left Australia for Asia in 2011 to lead the development of Inside Retail Asia which now encompasses five regional news websites, a quarterly magazine in Hong Kong, and regular retail study tours in regional shopping hubs. A passion for retail has seen him circumnavigate the world looking at stores, shopping centres and outstanding retail design more than 15 times and he is increasingly called upon to share his views of good and bad retail execution, especially in Asia-Pacific.

Anders Heikenfeldt

Anders Heikenfeldt, is the Chief Operations Officer of 6ixty8ight (part of the Hop Lun ltd group). In that role he is responsible for day-to-day management of the global store operations. Overseeing +100 retail stores across China and HK(and its online presence), functional responsibility for 1300 employees and a senior management team.

Anders joined 6ixty8ight, in the early 2015 after a highly successful few years with Avito the world’s third largest online classifieds platform. As part of the executive management team Anders was responsible for overseeing sales monetization of the platform. During only 2 years the platform went from a valuation of USD 1bn to USD 2.7bn(last acquisition by Naspers group)

Prior to Avito Anders spent a 7-year career at Swedish retailer Hennes & Mauritz (H&M). Anders was part of the team responsible for growing H&M, with revenues increasing from about $8 billion to about $17 billion and operations expanding from 25 to 44 countries. Anders most recently served as Head of Merchandising for H&Ms Russia/CIS division with responsibility setting up and managing all product related functions. Under his leadership, H&M Russia/CIS enjoyed three consecutive years of profitable growth, adding €280 Million in sales and a double digit profitability growth as well as opening 58 new stores across the region.

Previously, Anders was responsible for overseeing the company’s launch of Online for its subsidiary COS in London together with H&Ms current group CEO Karl-Johan Person. Prior to that he spent a few years in numerous global roles with responsibility for product, planning, controlling and assortment development.

Anders earned a Master of Science in Business Administration from Lund School of Economics in Sweden.

Scott Thompson

Scott grew up between London and Hong Kong and originally trained as a commercial pilot. Coming from an entrepreneurial family he established the CARAT* London jewellery brand in 2003 and has since grown the business from one location to 21 boutiques, international ecommerce operation and over 200 wholesale POS worldwide.

The brand was nominated UK Jewellery brand of the year in 2016 and is also the official jewellery partner to the British Academy of Film & Television in the UK.

Mike is the founding member and current president for the Retail Design Institute Hong Kong. The Retail Design Institute (RDI) is a non-profit international organisation founded in 1961. It represents a diverse range of professionals – and students – dedicated to creating world-class retail experiences. RDI promotes the advancement of our industry by developing educational, career building and networking opportunities.

Mike is also one of the founders of HEAD Architecture, which started over drinks with Mark Panckhurst in 2000. Having been involved in retail design for over 20 years, Mike uses his experience to give retailers more interesting brands and physical stores that stand out from their competitors.

As one of the leading entrepreneur and pioneer in mobile marketing, Mr. Chu has more than 20 years experience in Internet, Telecom and Digital Marketing Industry. He founded Gravitas in 2003 and successfully served over 200 brands from Fortune 500, Renowned Multinational Corporation and Locally Listed Conglomerate in the last decade.

With the leadership from Ricky, Gravitas has been the most awarded mobile agency. From 2010 to 2015, Gravitas has got over 50 awards including Mobile Agency of the Year Award, Mobile Solutions Leadership Award and other remarkable industry awards in many famous award events. All these recognition has made Gravitas one of the industry leaders in mobile marketing in the region.

Ricky is now the chairman of Hong Kong Retail Technology Industry Association (RTIA) with the passion to actively promote the retail technology adoption and has good connections with brands, marketing agencies, media and technology companies to build a good ecosystem for retail technologies industry.

Bill Lykouras

After graduating from the School of architecture Deakin University, Melbourne in 1995, Bill joined a small boutique design firm that specialized in high end retail, hospitality and small commercial projects throughout Australia and Asia.

In 2005 he relocated to Hong Kong with an Australian International Design firm as their key designer in throughout Asia and the Middle East, taking lead on numerous large scale mixed used and residential projects with significant retail components.

In 2011 he joined the Lan Kwai Fong Group of companies property division that focuses primarily on lifestyle developments throughout China and South East Asia. Lan Kwai Fong Group, was founded by the well known entrepreneur Allan Zeman well over 35 years in Hong Kong. The group is now committed in expanding the brand and property portfolio throughout China.

As design director, the appointment primarily consists of a leadership role within the design team that manages the entire design process of each development. Beginning with extensive market research and feasibility studies before appointing relevant consultants to develop initial concepts further. This leadership role also overlaps into leasing, marketing and property finance within the group.

Bill is currently overseeing one of the most important projects in his career in Shanghai. The Dreamcenter project is a joint venture between China Media Capital, Dreamworks, Lan Kwai Fong and funding partners China Development Bank. This unique project is considered a landmark project for the city of Shanghai, consisting of high end commercial, creative office, retail, F&B, performance, cultural, and waterfront programs of approximately 480,000 sqm.

First a graduate student in China in 1990, Robert held increasingly senior Asian regional positions with FMCG MNCs including Anheuser-Busch and Alberto-Culver. In 2005 he founded Asian lifestyle kitchenware chain Pantry Magic, opening 26 stores regionally in the next 9 years with a game-changing sourcing strategy of 75% own-label products that returned industry-leading profitability to franchise partners. He was recruited by private equity firm AID Partners to lead the turnaround of HMV as the new CEO in Feb 2015. The new HMV flagship store in Hong Kong opened in Nov 2015, taking the 100-year-old brand to its next level as an entertainment and lifestyle destination. In May 2016, Robert has additionally joined AID Partners at the Group level as Principal – Strategic & Retail, advising the board on target investments in retail and other strategically related projects.

Nelson Tse

Mr. Tse Siu Kong, Nelson, is the founder of Million Tech Development Ltd., one of the leading Auto-ID companies in Hong Kong. Nelson graduated from the University of Birmingham (UK) in 1982 with a degree of Electronic and Electrical Engineering. After a few years working in a leading electronics manufacturer, Nelson together with few working partners founded Million Tech Development Ltd in 1987. Through innovation and sheer business savvy, the company becomes the market leader in the Auto-ID industry.

Mr. Tse has accumulated more than 27 years experience in the industry; the company is the only Auto-ID company in Hong Kong certified the Capability Maturity Model® Integration (CMMI) certification and solution partner of Microsoft.

In 1997, Nelson was awarded with a Winner of the Innovative Entrepreneur Award 1997 organized by the Hong Kong City Jaycees Ltd. , and a winner of 1997 Hong Kong Small Business Award organized by Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce. He is the Councilor of Hong Kong Retail Technology Industry Association Ltd.

TJ Wu

Mr. TJ Wu is Senior Sales and Channels Director at SAP Hybris for Greater China, responsible for business development and operations. Mr. Wu is well experienced in business development in China and Asia, managing local sales and technical professionals, developing channels, product marketing programs and sales tools. He has developed unique insights on e-commerce industry trends, Omni-channel operations and O2O strategies.

Mr. Wu has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining SAP Hybris, Mr. Wu was Sales Director of Digital Marketing Solutions at Adobe, Greater China and CRM OnDemand at Oracle. Before Oracle, Mr. Wu was Vice President of Business Development at BroadVision, responsible for business operations and management in the Greater China region. The nature of running the business has enabled Mr. Wu to familiarize himself with comprehensive theoretical and practical management skills. Furthermore, he has given keynote speeches about employee relationship management and innovative thinking, new modes of team management, sales and marketing management, management practices and more.

Prior to joining BroadVision, Mr. Wu was Business Development Director of Asia Pacific at Sygate and TriCipher.

Mr. Wu holds a master's degree in Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University, and an MBA from the Golden Gate University, San Francisco.
